The Standard CEIS and its Model of Excellence are Standards designed and issued by ISPEF -
Institute of Psychological Sciences of Education and Training (www.ispef.eu ).
The Standard CEIS and its Model of Excellence are the product of studies, research and
psychological-educational and education testing, in the field of the schools in Italy, Europe and
Latin America and of professional experience accumulated and developed by ISPEF by the year
1970 in various Italian provinces and regions, which give a solid cultural and scientific basis to the
Standard for good practices in improvement of quality of educational success in Schools and
Educational Institutions operating in the XXI century.
