OF WoSCA CERTIFICATION
The Evaluation of the WoSCA Certification – WORK SKILLS CERTIFICATION ASSESSMENT is useful
for the accreditation of competencies and potentiality of workers/professionals/managers/unemployeds of
Private and Public Bodies, Companies and Training Institutions.
The WoSCA evaluation is determined solely by
the DOCUMENTATION of candidate’s skills,
through the analysis of:

CURRICULUM
EVALUATION OF PORTFOLIO
WITH PROFESSIONAL
INTERVENTIONS COMPLETED
PROCESS EVALUATION
RESULTS EVALUATION
The Results Evaluation is
characterized by the documentation
(portfolio):
PERSONAL of the candidate, covering
activities and achievements in the
workplace typically consists of a
portfolio that contains all the material
of the work done WITH THE
MANAGEMENT AND GROUP OF
COLLEAGUES of their Institution /
Company (documented with
Certificates and declarations).
The Process Evaluation is determined
by PROGRESSION OF CAREER and
development POTENTIAL of
professional skills of the candidate.
