MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS The course wants to develop and enhance capabilities and competences of school institution’s managers so that they are capable of managing human resources, school’s organizational structure and system in a vary effective and efficient way. Course’s Goals • Develop the ability to manage and organize the service and those who work there on the basis of quality; • Develop scientific ability with in educational area; • Develop knowledge, skills and dexterity to sketch, accomplish and evaluate plan, programs and psycho-pedagogical strategies with in an evolving formative context, by considering the needs of the environment and country’s social and educational reality; • Know how to identify the needs of users and of those who work in the school institution; • Develop the ability of optimizing available resources according to the analyse of school institution’s training service quality; • Improve school service’s quality.
